Your new role

As a Medical Advisor, you'll be the scientific voice that connects evidence-based medicine with strategic decision-making. Working across our expanding portfolio, you'll translate complex clinical data into actionable insights that shape how we bring innovative treatments to patients who need them most.

In this role, you will:

- Serve as the therapy area expert for your allocated products and portfolios, providing scientific leadership across the organization

- Develop and execute scientific communication strategies across clinical trial phases to support both scientific and business objectives

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional associations to drive collaboration and gather critical insights

- Deliver impactful medical education and training to healthcare professionals through scientific meetings, symposia, and advisory boards

- Provide expert input into Product Development Plans (PDP) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies, ensuring alignment with medical and commercial goals

- Define and implement publication strategies that effectively disseminate scientific findings to the medical community

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, market access, and clinical colleagues to sharpen product positioning and ensure all materials meet the highest standards of scientific accuracy and compliance

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a Medical Advisor who combines scientific expertise with strategic thinking and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. You'll bring:

- Advanced degree in health sciences (Medicine, Pharmaceutical Science, Health Science or related fields)

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to field medical or office medical roles being advantageous

- Strong understanding of scientific communication strategies and the ability to translate complex clinical data for diverse audiences

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals

- Patient-centric mindset with capability to integrate patient voices into medical strategies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Thai

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with adaptability and innovation in developing novel medical tactics

- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards to ensure compliance
