Role And Responsibilities:

Product Sales & Business Development

  • New Account Development & Hospital Formulary Listing: Identify and develop new client accounts with a focus on successfully achieving DC (Drug Committee) listing approvals at general hospitals
  • Sales Target Achievement: Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives across all assigned accounts within the territory
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and promotional strategies tailored to each product line and client account
  • Inventory Optimization: Oversee and manage inventory levels at client locations to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stock-outs

Territory Management & Client Engagement

  • Systematic Territory Coverage: Execute regular visits to assigned accounts according to department-established call frequency standards and daily visit plans
  • Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ETMS (Electronic Territory Management System) for all field activities

Budget Planning & Financial Management

  • Expense Budget Development: Create monthly expense budgets segmented by account and aligned with territory objectives
  • Budget Execution & Control: Implement and monitor approved budgets as presented during monthly sales meetings, ensuring fiscal responsibility and ROI optimization

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Weekly Activity Reports: Submit comprehensive weekly reports covering seminars, workshops, account insights, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics
  • Financial Performance Reports: Provide weekly updates on sales performance, accounts receivable, and expense tracking by account
  • Sales Intelligence Analysis: Generate detailed Sales Information Reports analyzing account trends, market conditions, and competitive movements

Professional Development & Thought Leadership

  • Continuous Education: Complete mandatory training programs in dermatology, product knowledge, clinical research, and advanced sales methodologies
  • Educational Leadership: Serve as a seminar facilitator and instructor at workshops and educational events, representing the company as a clinical and product expert

Requirements

  • Minimum 1~5years of experience in Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Dermatology & biologic experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering a high performance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the local market and healthcare system
  • A strong focus on delivering outcomes and meeting sales target
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and guidelines
