As the Medicaid Product Manager at Humana, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative Medicaid solutions that enhance the lives of our members and drive business outcomes. This highly collaborative position involves hands-on product leadership, translating Medicaid and enterprise strategies into robust product plans and delivering measurable impact across our portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Medicaid Strategy Advancement, you will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, technology teams, and business partners, leading the product lifecycle from concept through execution. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet regulatory requirements and raise the bar for quality, efficiency, and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
o Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned Medicaid product lines, including strategy, planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
o Translate enterprise and Medicaid business strategies into actionable product roadmaps with clear objectives and success metrics.
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective product delivery.
o Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and work with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and product owners to facilitate the delivery of high-value features and enhancements.
o Conduct market and regulatory analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and inform product differentiation strategies.
o Define, track, and report on product KPIs and member outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
o Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of product initiatives, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
o Ensure products adhere to regulatory and contractual requirements, partnering with legal, compliance, and operations teams, as necessary.
o Represent product initiatives in internal forums, clearly communicating status, value, needs to leadership and partners.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement by adopting best practices in product management, Agile, and Lean Portfolio Management.
