About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead end-to-end media strategy, planning, execution, and performance optimization across all media channels. Responsible for managing the marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and performance monitoring.
Media planning:
AD (Print, digital and OOH)
• Formulate annual media strategy and campaign plans aligned with global guidelines
• Collaborate closely with media agencies for planning, execution, reporting, and competitor monitoring
• Define target media channels (print, OOH, digital), budget allocation, placements, and frequency
• Oversee asset development, visual validation, and production quality
• Lead end-to-end media planning and ensure alignment with central media team and agency performance
Digital marketing specific responsibilities:
Own relationship with media agencies and internal e-commerce team to define digital media plans that deliver engagement and efficiency at scale
Monitor campaign performance and assess against KPIs (ROI, reach, engagement)
Identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
Develop digital strategies to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration
Budget Management
Responsible for media budget planning and follow-up
Monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly A&P spending and ensure budget efficiency
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
10 years of relevant experience in media planning and digital marketing
Strong experience in digital media and social platforms, with data-driven mindset
Experience in retail or luxury industries preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a “Win as One” mindset
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Fluency in Korean and English
Proven track record of delivering commercial results in a multi-channel environment.
