Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) is responsible for delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the Group’s marketing, brand, external and internal affairs, communications and sustainability.
Marketing & Corporate Affairs Services sits with MCA and is comprised of Media, Technology and Operations. You will sit within thePaidMedia& SEOteam which consists of3teams–Media Delivery, Media Testing &Optimisationand SEO.This role reportsinto the Chapter Lead, Media Testing &Optimisation
Do work that matters
As aMedia TechManager, you areaccountable for the development, execution and management ofTesting &Optimisationacross all Paid Media channelsfor CommBank. In order to be successful, you will have experience in developing, implementing,optimisingand measuringMedia test and learn initiatives. The successful candidate willhavea passion for challenging the norms and developing first classstrategiesthat will help to resolve the biggest problems within the media industry.Hands on experience with the latest ad tech capabilities ispreferrable
You will need to interact with a variety of marketing teams across the bank; understanding their business objectives andoptimisingour testing planstodeliveragainst them
On any given day, you will:
Manage thetestingandoptimisationof a portfolio ofPaidSearch, Display and Paid Socialaccounts across the business.
Design, implement andmanagePaid Search, Display and Paid Socialtests andoptimisationto drive cost-efficient growth
Support with training the Media Delivery team on successful tests, enabling it to be implemented within our BAU strategy
Implement andoptimisePaid Search, Display and Paid Socialcampaigns according to best practice principles.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to developPaid Search, Display and Paid Socialstrategies in support of marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth.
Effectively manage investment and performance targets through on-going tracking, forecasting and reporting.
Develop and support annualPaid Search, Display and Paid Socialmarketing strategy.
Collaborate with technology partners and publishers to stayup to datewith new features and industry trends.

Demonstrated passion forPaid Media and Ad Tech
Minimum4years’Paid Mediaexperience-agency side
Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and media landscape in Australia, keeping up to date with industry changes.
Experience withPaid Media platforms (SA360, DV360, CM360)
Experience with utilising Customer Data Platforms
Experience using analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented andis acritical thinker
Strong campaign and project management skills
Demonstratedanalytical skills andhighly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional at building internal and external relationships with the ability to work cross functionally across awide rangeof stakeholders&agencypartners.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly desirable)
