We’re currently working with a well-established and highly respected media and events business in Northern Ireland as they continue to grow their commercial team.
With decades of success behind them, our client operates across digital publishing, newsletters, events and awards, and is recognised as a leading voice within their sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, ambitious and collaborative team, working closely with senior leadership and editorial to drive the growth of a long-standing, industry-leading publication.
You’ll have access to a diverse portfolio of products including digital magazines, online platforms, e-newsletters and high-profile awards events—giving you plenty of scope to build revenue and develop client partnerships.
This role would suit someone energetic, commercially minded and keen to take ownership of a well-established brand while continuing to grow their career in media sales.
Take ownership of advertising and sponsorship revenue targets
Drive commercial growth across digital, print and events
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Create compelling proposals and sales presentations
Contribute creative commercial ideas and campaigns
Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
Support and mentor wider sales team members where needed
Stay up to date with media, advertising and market trends
3+ years’ experience in media sales or a fast-paced sales environment
Proven track record in new business development
Strong communication and presentation skills
A proactive, ambitious and creative mindset
Excellent relationship-building ability
A genuine interest in media and commercial growth
A full driving licence is required due to client meetings and events.
£32,000 – £36,000 basic salary
Up to ÂŁ15,000 bonus potential
