As our Media Production and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, blending artistic vision with analytical prowess. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and distributing engaging media content across various platforms, while also spearheading our digital marketing efforts to maximize reach and engagement. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end media production process, from ideation and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and post-production for various digital channels.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and e-marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction across all relevant platforms.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing and media initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media production and digital marketing.

Skills & Technologies:

You will leverage your expertise in Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, and Social Media alongside advanced skills in Media Production and Content Creation Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with marketing automation platforms are highly valued.

Job Requirements:

• Proven Expertise: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Media Production and/or Digital Marketing role.
• Digital Marketing Maestro: Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, and Social Media strategies that drive measurable results.
• Production Prowess: Strong background in Media Production and Content Creation, including video production, editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Communication Champion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
• Self-Starter & Collaborator: Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
