Develop structured, insight-led media plans with strong digital foundations, tailored for fast-moving FMCG campaigns.
Translate campaign objectives into clear channel strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
Make informed planning decisions quickly; balancing performance, reach, and budget efficiency.
Work closely with activation teams to ensure plans are executable, optimized, and aligned with objectives.
Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities or gaps adjusting plans where needed.
Contribute confidently to internal and client-facing discussions with clear rationale behind recommendations.
A Bit About You
At least 2 years of media planning experience, with strong hands-on digital planning exposure.
Proven experience working with Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
Background in FMCG is highly preferred; or experience managing high-volume, fast-paced accounts.
Strong understanding of audience planning, budget allocation, and campaign structuring.
Comfortable working with data and using it to support decisions under tight timelines.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Clear communicator, you can explain the “why” behind your plan, not just the “what.”
