
As Media Partnership Coordinator you build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to increase brand awareness and attract existing and prospective B2B customers.
You support the creation, formatting, and distribution of partner-related emails, newsletters, and follow-up communications using marketing tools and templates.
Furthermore, you coordinate print advertising placements, assist with content submissions, and help ensure the smooth execution of media campaigns.
The maintenance and updating media partner databases, monitoring partnership performance, and preparing reports and analyses on marketing activities belong to your regular tasks.
You assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and purchase orders to ensure marketing activities remain aligned with approved budgets.
Also you support sponsorship initiatives, contribute to translations of media content and business documents, and compile press clippings and coverage reports on product launches and reviews.
You bring at least 1 year of experience in marketing, media coordination, media planning, or a related field to the table, and are eager to develop your expertise in B2B marketing.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have hands-on experience with AI tools, newsletter platforms, social media channels, analytics, and reporting.
By having strong analytical skills and know how to gather, evaluate, and interpret relevant data, identify trends, you turn insights into actionable recommendations.
You work in a structured and organized manner, manage priorities effectively, and reliably meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Taking initiative, showing a proactive mindset, and being motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities to support team and business success is self-explanatory to you.
You communicate confidently in English (minimum B2 level) and build positive relationships through strong collaboration, customer focus, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills are a strong advantage.
