General Summary:

The Media Operations Specialist supports the execution and management of Compute Consumer marketing campaigns by ensuringaccuratecampaign setup, tracking, and creative readiness across platforms and partners. This role plays a critical part inmaintainingoperational excellence—helpingcampaignslaunchon time, with correct tracking, and seamless alignment between media, creative, and retail touchpoints.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Operations & Systems Support

  • Support the setup and maintenance of campaign tracking infrastructure across digital and retail platforms.

  • Maintain the CRT, ensuring assets from cross-functional teams are accurately trafficked, tracked, andstatused

  • Assistin CMPID creation forcampaignsdriving to QC.com, ensuring consistent application across platforms.

  • Build and QA Amazon tracking links to support campaigns driving to storefronts, ensuring proper attribution.

  • Monitor campaignsetupaccuracy and flag discrepancies tomaintaindata integrity.

Creative QA & Launch Readiness

  • Conduct QA checks on creative assets prior to launch, confirming alignment to platform specifications and placement requirements.

  • Validate landing pages across funnel stages for:

  • Messaging continuity from ad to destination

  • Functionality and user experience

  • Correct tagging and tracking implementation

  • Assistin QA of partner PDPs, including:

  • Best Buy PDPs withaccurateSKU-level UTMs

  • Amazon PDPs with correct ASINs in coordination with internal teams

  • Support final readiness checks ahead of campaign launch.

Creative Workflow & Execution Support

  • Assistin managing creative workflows across agencies and campaign teams to support on-time delivery.

  • Track creative timelines and help ensure assets are prioritized based on launch requirements.

  • Maintain the Creative column in CRT, ensuring assets are correctly mapped to live placements across channels:

  • Programmatic Video & Display

  • Linear TV

  • YouTube

  • Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit)

  • Retail Media Networks

  • Tech, Lifestyle, and Audio

  • Help ensure alignment between creative assets and media plans.

Cross-Team & Agency Coordination

  • Support creative kickoff preparation by helping ensure media plans and assets are ready ahead of partner engagements.

  • Participate in creative kickoff calls toalign ontimelines, requirements, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to support smooth campaign execution.

  • Flag potential risks, gaps, or delays to campaign leadsin a timely manner

Communications & Campaign Visibility

  • Support communication of campaign launches by gathering and sharing screenshots of live media placements.

  • Helpmaintainvisibilityintoin-market activity across channels and regions.

  • Contribute to internal updates (e.g., newsletters or team summaries) toshowcasecampaign execution.

Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media operations, or campaign execution

  • Familiarity with campaign tracking (UTMs, tagging, retail attribution frameworks)

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on QA and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communicationand coordination skills across teams and agencies

  • Basic understanding of digital media platforms (programmatic, social, retail media)

  • Experience working with campaign management tools or tracking systems preferred

  • Strong coordination across teams enables smooth execution

  • Clear visibility into what is live in market across channels and regions
