Looking for a Media Operation Specialist with Chinese skills to create and manage short-form video content for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Video editing and social media experience required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for company projects.
• Manage and operate social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to increase account engagement and follower growth.
• Develop and execute content calendars based on project marketing milestones.
• Create engaging and trend-driven video content aligned with local market trends.
• Continuously optimize video performance, including views and engagement, to drive customer inquiries and site visits.
• Assist with basic copy writing, content publishing, and performance data tracking.

Main Requirements:

• Cambodian nationality with Chinese language proficiency (required).
• Strong skills in video shooting and editing.
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube —algorithms and content distribution strategies.
• Experience managing short-form video accounts, with portfolio or case studies available.
• Creative mindset with strong content planning ability and awareness of current trends.
• Experience in real estate, commercial projects, or local lifestyle content is an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage the full content production process, from concept development to publishing.
