What The Position is About:

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization across traditional media channels including direct mail, print, television, radio, and streaming/CTV
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, media planning, campaign execution, and performance evaluation
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, cost per lead, and market-level results to drive optimization recommendations
  • Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to ensure integrated cross-channel campaigns
  • Coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, vendors, creative assets, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Help build scalable media planning, vendor management, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to improve media performance
  • Serve as the primary owner of traditional media strategy within a sophisticated marketing organization managing eight-figure media budgets

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media across multiple channels with meaningful experience in traditional media channels such as direct mail, print, television, radio, streaming/CTV, media buying or agency management
  • Strong understanding of how traditional and digital marketing channels work together
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, media partners, and marketing relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • B2C marketing experience required; home improvement, home services, retail, consumer products, healthcare, hospitality, and similar industries are all relevant
  • Experience working with six-figure or larger media budgets preferred, with exposure to seven- or eight-figure budgets considered a strong plus
