Staples is developing a successful retail media network that is growing at an impressive year-over-year rate, with substantial room for innovation to drive scale. The Media Manager will play a pivotal role in this growth by strengthening and expanding partnerships with key vendors across the Staples Media Network. You will develop and execute top‑tier media programs on behalf of Staples and its vendor partners.
This highly motivated individual—with proven relationship‑building and cross‑functional collaboration skills—will work alongside the Senior Manager to manage partnerships, sales, media strategy, and campaign deployment for vendors aligned to merchandising categories. You’ll be responsible for flawless campaign execution, performance reporting, and presenting insights that drive future strategy. You will partner closely with vendors and senior internal stakeholders to align on goals, develop innovative media plans, identify new opportunities, and guide full‑funnel execution with media planners.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
