What your typical day will look like:

As the Integrated Media Manager, you'll be stepping into an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with both internal and external partners to deliver impactful media solutions that drive real business results. You'll lead the day-to-day and major media requirements of your assigned account, working alongside your Junior Media Planner to ensure effective and efficient execution. Throughout your journey, you'll also receive support and guidance from an Integrated Business Unit Lead, who will help you navigate both your professional responsibilities and your personal growth plan.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Holistic Media Planning & Strategy Development
    Delivers integrated (ATL + Digital) media campaign planning by formulating strategic media objectives aligned with marketing and business goals. Recommends data-driven media solutions with key performance metrics, leveraging historical brand performance, competitor analysis, consumer profiling, media consumption habits, and journey mapping to build robust media strategies.
  • Campaign Implementation & Execution Support
    Supports end-to-end campaign execution based on approved media plans, ensuring alignment between strategy and delivery across all media touchpoints.
  • Client Management & Account Servicing
    Serves as a key client interface—managing administrative requirements such as cost estimates, contracts, and revenue tracking. Participates in client briefings, business reviews, and media presentations, while identifying opportunities for organic and incremental growth.
  • Tracking, Optimization & Reporting
    Leads post-campaign analysis, insight development, and optimization metric forecasting. Oversees the preparation of annual media plans, competitive reviews, and other client reports while actively monitoring competitor activity and relevant industry developments.

A bit about you:

  • Proven Experience - Demonstrates effective performance in a similar role for 5 years or more, showcasing consistent delivery and reliability.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset - Exhibits strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative media solutions.
  • Client-Centric Approach - Builds and maintains strong client relationships through proactive communication, trust-building, and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Holistic Media Planning - Applies an integrated planning approach across traditional and digital channels to deliver cohesive, results-driven media strategies.
