As a P&G Ecom Media Manager, you'll be dealing with all the crucial marketing and brand strategy decisions that will build our brand's strong impact among consumers. How success looks like

  • Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in initial engagements with multi-functional teams.
  • Deliver Scorecard Business Targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit
  • Deliver Category growth, market penetration and gaining of New Users via Products Innovation Design
  • Execute product launches with Excellence and own customer marketing support plans.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic, affiliate marketing) to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.

Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align media strategies with overall business goals and product launches.

Manage and forecast media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:

Plan, set up, and launch paid media campaigns across identified platforms, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.

Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure campaigns are tracking correctly and reporting accurately.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and spend efficiency.

Provide regular, insightful performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to understand customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.

  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:

Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and messaging tailored for specific platforms and audiences.

Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless customer experience from ad click to conversion.

Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in the digital media space.

  • Vendor & Agency Management :

Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners to ensure alignment with strategies and performance targets.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in of proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns specifically for e-commerce businesses.
  • Strength in leadership, strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
