We are looking for a Media Lead to define and execute Nespresso's media strategy across B2C and B2B, ensuring our investments drive brand growth, consumer engagement and business results.

This role will lead the end-to-end media ecosystem, from strategic planning and campaign activation to performance optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams, media agencies and external partners. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities and a passion for innovation to maximize the impact of our media investments.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDIA LEAD

  • Lead Nespresso's full-funnel media strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated media plans across ATL, digital, retail and performance channels.
  • Drive qualified traffic, consumer acquisition and conversion across digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize media performance to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Partner with agencies and media platforms to deliver innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, CRM, eCommerce and Commercial teams to deliver seamless consumer experiences.
  • Identify new opportunities, technologies and trends to continuously improve media effectiveness.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Media, Marketing or Communication roles.
  • Strong knowledge of media planning, campaign management and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies and complex cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English.
