The Role

We are seeking a Media & Influencer Producer to serve as the central operational lead across media planning, activation, and influencer campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection ofproject management, account management, and campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with all required materials in place.

You will act as the day-to-day connector across internal teams and clients, owning timelines, workflows, documentation, billing, and executional readiness—while supporting campaigns from planning through launch.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—ideal for someone who understands how campaigns come together across paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, CTV) and influencer, and can translate strategy into seamless execution

What You’ll Do Campaign Management (Media + Influencer)

  • Lead day-to-day execution across paid media and influencer campaigns
  • Translate strategy into actionable timelines, deliverables, and workflows
  • Ensure campaign readiness across:
    • Creative assets
    • Tracking and tagging requirements
  • Coordinate campaign launches across channels and teams
  • Manage influencer workflows including creator coordination, approvals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Attend on-site influencer and client shoots when required, helping guide execution, ensure alignment to campaign objectives, and confirm all required content and deliverables are captured

Project Management & Workflow Ownership

  • Own and manage campaign timelines across all workstreams
  • Track deliverables across planning, activation, influencer, and reporting
  • Lead internal status meetings, recaps, and next steps
  • Identify risks, delays, or blockers and proactively resolve them
  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, SOPs, and documentation
  • Ensure teams are aligned, accountable, and delivering on schedule

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as day-to-day client contact for campaign execution and operations
  • Manage communications across timelines, deliverables, and campaign status
  • Draft and support MSAs, SOWs, change orders, and billing processes
  • Track budgets, invoicing timelines, and payment alignment
  • Ensure all work aligns with approved scope and financial agreements

Creative, Asset & Documentation Management

  • Gather, organize, and track all campaign assets and deliverables
  • Ensure assets meet platform specifications and deadlines
  • Maintain version control and organization across files
  • Manage and update client-facing materials including:
    • Status decks
    • Campaign documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the central connector across:
    • Media Planning
    • Activation / Biddable
    • Influencer
    • Creative
    • Analytics
  • Ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Support development of campaign materials, decks, and reporting outputs

What It Takes

  • 4–6+ years of experience in:
    • Media
    • Influencer
    • Project management
    • Account management
    • Or agency operations
  • Strong understanding ofpaid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, DSPs)
  • Experience managing influencer workflows and multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience with SOWs, billing, and client operations processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships confidently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
  • Proficiency inAsana (or similar), Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets
  • Comfortable working on-site at shoots when needed
  • Entertainment, gaming, or streaming experience strongly preferred
