What You Will Do
- Manage a diverse caseload involving media and entertainment litigation, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop litigation strategies that align with client objectives.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and argumentation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Represent clients in court hearings and depositions, advocating for their interests effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments impacting media and entertainment law.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive legal advice and support.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on media and entertainment law.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex legal information.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuasive argumentation.
Preferred
- Experience with technology-related legal issues, particularly in the context of media and entertainment.
- Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution processes and strategies.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations or bar associations.
Compensation and Benefits
