Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and typeset a wide range of materials, including business presentations, operational forms, letters, and customer-facing documents, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency
• Develop and produce creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and corporate presentation materials aligned with brand guidelines
• Provide creative direction and practical guidance on design briefs, recommending effective visual approaches that meet business objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality design outputs that support business initiatives
• Ensure all design outputs comply with company branding, policies, quality standards, and operational requirements
• Support the execution of organisational projects and initiatives by delivering timely and effective design solutions
• Review and enhance existing materials to improve visual clarity, consistency, and overall user experience
• Manage multiple design tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, UI/UX, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (particularly PowerPoint and Word) for presentation and document design
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working within a financial institution or multinational environment is an advantage
