A growing company in the digital advertising and performance marketing space, building strategic partnerships with global publishers, advertisers, and technology providers is looking for a sharp, hands-on Media Buyer to join a fast-growing digital team and take a key role in rebuilding and scaling performance activity from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact position, working closely with leadership to rebuild, optimize, and scale a media operation - starting lean and growing strategically.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Search Arbitrage
• Take part in rebuilding the media activity and shaping the strategy moving forward
• Manage and mentor a junior team member (currently 1 person)
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive performance and profitability
• Explore and expand into additional arbitrage channels
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align media strategy with business goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer in Search Arbitrage (must)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta campaigns for search flows
• Experience in Content Arbitrage - big advantage
• A strategic thinker who also enjoys being deeply hands-on
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
• Leadership potential - ability to guide and grow a small team
