Bits of your job:
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting & retargeting)
Conduct audience research and testing (interests, lookalikes, broad targeting)
Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM)
Develop creative testing strategies (hooks, angles, formats)
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
Track performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
Collaborate with creative and content teams
And other assigned tasks
Key expectations:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Experience managing budgets of €5,000+/month preferred
Fluent English
Salary: 1,200 -1,700 $/mon. gross
