Bits of your job:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting & retargeting)

• Conduct audience research and testing (interests, lookalikes, broad targeting)

• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM)

• Develop creative testing strategies (hooks, angles, formats)

• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools

• Collaborate with creative and content team

• And other assigned tasks

Requirements

Key expectations:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads

• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Experience managing budgets of €5,000+/month preferred

• Fluent English

Salary:From 1,200 €/mon. net

Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.

We are open to candidates at different levels of experience, from junior to senior. The salary will be adjusted accordingly based on the candidate’s level, skills, and overall experience.
