About Our Client
Our client is a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping brands scale through data-driven paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and emerging advertising platforms. They work with fast-growing companies across industries including health, fintech, eCommerce, and technology.
They are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist to join their team and lead performance-focused campaigns across multiple Google products and campaign types.
The Role
As a Media Buyer – Google Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling high-performing paid media campaigns across the Google ecosystem.
We’re looking for someone deeply specialized in Google Ads, with strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across:
- Search
- YouTube
- Performance Max
- Demand Gen
- AI Max / AI-powered campaign optimization
This person should be highly analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budgets daily
- Analyze KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Identify growth opportunities and performance improvements across accounts
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to improve campaign outcomes
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, AI-driven features, automation tools, and industry trends
- Prepare client-facing reports and performance insights
- Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and campaign delivery issues when needed
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Have strong expertise specifically in:
- Google Search
- YouTube Ads
- Performance Max
- Demand Gen
- AI-driven campaign optimization / AI Max
- Have experience managing significant monthly ad budgets
- Are highly analytical and data-driven
- Understand attribution, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
- Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Have experience in agency environments or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Google Ads certifications are a strong plus
