What you’ll do
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and social media pixels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategic media plans tailored to individual goals and budgets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights, using attribution models to understand the full customer journey.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiment with ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Provide clear reporting and communication to clients, explaining performance metrics and recommendations in simple, actionable terms.
  • Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines effectively.
  • Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and new technologies to maximize client success.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and social media pixels, including event-based triggers and custom parameters.
  • Strong understanding of key advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and their application in optimizing performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of attribution models and their role in analyzing the customer journey and campaign impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex performance metrics and strategies in clear, actionable terms. Analytical skills with proficiency in building reports.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation across ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies. Knowledge of CRO is a plus.
  • Account management skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing client relationships, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with current digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising or media buying.
  • Agency experience, managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with performance reporting tools and dashboards like Looker Studio, Excel, or other BI platforms.
  • A track record of improving campaign performance and meeting/exceeding KPIs.
