Mission & Responsibilities
The mission is to scale mainstream traffic profitably while navigating platform policy constraints through smart creative and funnel iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Launch and optimize mainstream campaigns with strict testing discipline and compliance awareness.
Creative Partnership: Work with the Studio to develop high-converting, compliant creative variants.
Funnel Coordination: Partner with the Funnels team to improve conversion and ensure traffic intent matches the experience.
Knowledge Building: Document learnings to create repeatable scaling playbooks.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in mainstream media buying.
Compliance Proficiency: Comfort operating inside policy constraints without sacrificing performance.
Creative Skills: Strong creative instincts and the ability to iterate rapidly.
Industry Focus: Experience in B2C sectors such as SaaS, dating, iGaming, or adult platforms.
