Our client is the largest digital agency in the Baltics, rapidly expanding into international markets. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic digital team and work with well-known brands across the region and beyond.

In this role, you will be part of the company’s digital performance team, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other digital channels.

Main Functions

• Set up, manage, optimize, and analyze campaigns on paid search and display platforms, like Meta, Google, DSPs, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.;
• Develop dashboards for live campaign insights, implement tracking and analytics;
• Create and apply strategies to enhance digital performance results;
• Collaborate on performance-focused projects and initiatives with the team;
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, proven approaches, and market innovations;

• Equipped with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities;
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy;
• Dynamic and collaborative, able to thrive under tight deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Experienced (even at a basic level) with digital content and digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• Interested in numbers, metrics, analytics, and digital media performance;
• Proficient in computer use and numerical data (Excel, Google Sheets, PPT);
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
