Media Buyer
Join a mission-driven brand that designs beautiful, therapeutic furniture for sensory-sensitive children. As a Media Buyer, you’ll manage and scale advertising across Meta and Google, driving growth for a company that makes a real difference. If you're data-savvy, strong in digital marketing, and enjoy working closely with a fast-moving founder, this role gives you the chance to have a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do:
Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Track daily performance, including ROAS, cost per acquisition, and other key metrics.
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, calls to action, and targeting.
Work closely with the founder to adjust strategies based on business needs and performance.
Use tools like Meta Pixel to guide retargeting and behavior-based adjustments.
Recommend funnel approaches, such as awareness campaigns followed by conversion-focused retargeting.
Explore new ad placement opportunities, including WhatsApp and podcasts.
Report on performance trends and offer proactive ideas to improve results.
Keep campaigns aligned with brand goals and ensure ad content connects with the right audience.
Who You'll Work With:
You’ll be part of a small, purpose-driven team focused on scaling a high-impact e-commerce brand. Most of your collaboration will be with the founder, who moves quickly and values initiative, creativity, and thoughtful communication.
Who We're Looking For:

Ad Buying Experience:
3+ years working with both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a strong track record of building and scaling campaigns.

Strategic Thinking:
Able to look at different approaches and suggest ideas confidently.

Detail-Oriented Execution:
Comfortable navigating complex dashboards, testing variables, and analyzing campaign data.

Collaborative:
Open to frequent communication, ideally daily check-ins, to stay aligned and keep things moving.

Clear Communicator:
Keeps updates simple and transparent for smooth teamwork.

Bonus:
Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms, and an interest in mission-driven brands (not required).
