Job Description

  • Deliver professional photography and videography, including editing, post-production, and proper IOM branding, templates, and ownership crediting.

  • Plan and support video production for mini-documentaries, short journalistic reports, human-interest stories, and other video concepts in line with IOM guidelines.

  • Design graphics for social media, press releases, donor and annual reports, posters, flyers, brochures, GIFs, social cards, banners, and other visibility materials.

  • Assist in planning, designing, and posting content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn), ensuring use of relevant hashtags, keywords, and SEO best practices.

  • Maintain and update IOM's website by drafting, formatting, translating, and uploading content for review and publication.

  • Collect and analyze social media metrics to gauge reach and engagement, and compile data on communication activities' performance to prepare basic reports.

  • Assist in layout design, compilation, and editing of reports, human-interest stories, newsletters, briefing notes, and other visibility materials.

  • Translate press releases, media advisories, website content, and other materials between English and the local language.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for information campaigns, public information activities, media relations, and events, as delegated by the supervisor.

  • Develop project-themed content in cooperation with project staff.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
