MARC Media is growing, and we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who want to help local businesses grow while building a high-income career.

What You’ll Be Selling

You won’t be limited to one product.

You’ll provide real marketing solutions to local businesses, including:

  • Radio advertising across our stations
  • Digital marketing (streaming, social, SEO, display, targeted ads)
  • Print + digital news platforms
  • Fully integrated campaigns designed to deliver ROI

You’re not selling ads. You’re helping business owners grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting daily (in-person, phone, networking, referrals)
  • Building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Creating customized marketing strategies based on client needs
  • Presenting and closing new business
  • Growing and maintaining a long-term book of clients
  • Tracking activity and pipeline in CRM

Income & Compensation

  • $60,000 – $150,000+ annual earning potential
  • Draw against commission for first 12 months
  • Straight commission starting Month 13
  • No cap on income

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience (required)

(Media sales is a plus, but not required)

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Confidence, resilience, and ability to handle rejection
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think strategically and solve business problems
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
  • Interest in marketing, advertising, and helping businesses grow

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Monday–Friday schedule (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession.
