Behind every campaign you see is a lot happening behind the scenes:

media plans, bookings, budgets, vendors, reports, deadlines, and a lot of people making sure everything comes together.

As a Media Admin Intern, you’ll get a front-row seat to that process. You’ll work alongside media teams supporting real campaigns, learning how decisions move from a plan into execution and what it takes to keep things running smoothly.

This role is about learning the engine behind media, and building the skills to eventually run more of it yourself.

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations behind live media campaigns.
• Help manage campaign trackers, reports, documentation, bookings, and other media processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to keep campaigns moving.
• Support purchase orders, invoicing, and other commercial processes.
• Follow up on timelines and requirements, helping the team stay on track.
• Spot gaps or issues in the process and help find ways to
• make things work better.

What You'll Learn

• How media agencies work across clients, media owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• The commercial and operational side of media, including budgets, bookings, POs, and invoicing.
• How to work with campaign data, reports, and trackers to keep decisions and delivery on track.
• How strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through can directly improve campaign delivery.
• Real exposure to the pace, collaboration, and problem-solving behind a media agency environment.

A Bit About You

• Final-year student or fresh graduate who is curious about media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a natural instinct for keeping things on track.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and working with numbers, reports, and data.
• A good communicator who isn't afraid to follow up, ask questions, or speak up when something doesn't look right.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do.
• Curious about how things work and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
