IKEA Delft zoekt nieuwe collega’s om het Shopping Experience team binnen Customer Relations te versterken. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die voornamelijk de Greeter werkzaamheden oppakt, maar daarnaast ook helpt met de andere onderdelen. In deze afwisselende functie werk je namelijk binnen Småland, de laadzone, als Greeter en met onze shopping tools.
Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten én hun kinderen een fijne winkelervaring hebben: van een warm welkom bij binnenkomst tot het moment dat ze hun aankopen inladen.
Jouw vier rollen:
Daarnaast kun je ondersteunen op andere plekken binnen Customer Relations, zoals de kassa. Geen dag is hetzelfde!
Wie ben jij?
Jij bent energiek, klantgericht en vindt het leuk om veel contact met mensen te hebben. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en voelt je prettig in een drukke retailomgeving.
Voor het werken in Småland is een VOG verplicht. Na een succesvol eerste gesprek vragen wij je deze aan te leveren.
We zoeken een collega voor 24 uur per week. Je werkt wisselende diensten en bent in ieder geval vrijdag beschikbaar. Weekenden en avonden zijn ook belangrijk.
Je ontvangt je rooster 4 weken van tevoren en mag 1 vaste doordeweekse dag aangeven waarop je niet beschikbaar bent.
