Med Tech - Part-time

Grand Villa of Palm Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Med Tech to join our care team. Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician’s orders and facility policies
• Monitor residents for any changes in health status and report findings to nursing staff
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with memory care residents preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures
• Flexibility to work weekends and part-time hours
