Key Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and monitoring residents’ health status
• Support nursing staff with daily care activities and resident needs
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Document resident care accurately and promptly

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid and current Med-Tech certification
• Prior experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends, some evenings, and holidays as required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
