Als international erfolgreiches High-Tech-Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert die High Q Laser GmbH unter der Marke Spectra-Physics® einsatzstarke Lasersysteme für die Industrie, Medizin und Wissenschaft. In Ihrer Rolle als Facharbeiter für Mechatronik (m/w/d) Feinmechanik Laser & Optik montieren und justieren Sie unsere Ultrakurzpuls-Lasersysteme. Als Teil unseres Reinraum-Teams helfen Sie mit, unsere am Standort entwickelte Justage-Technologie kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei blicken Sie auch über den Tellerrand und stimmen sich eng mit den umliegenden Prozessbereichen und Abteilungen ab. An unserem Standort in Rankweil arbeiten Sie mit ca. 65 Kollegen (m/w/d) zusammen.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Aufbau und Justage von Ultrakurzpuls-Lasersystemen mit Software-Unterstützung
• Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung der Systeme
• Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen
• Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Ergebnisse im MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Arbeiten im Reinraum mit Persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (PSA)
• Produkt- und Prozess-Verbesserungen anstoßen und im Team umsetzen

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik/Elektronik, Feinmechanik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• Alternativ: mechanischer, elektrischer oder optischer Background – auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit hoher technischer Affinität sind willkommen
• Erste Erfahrung in der Mess-, Steuer- oder Regelungstechnik von Vorteil
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägte Feinmotorik
• Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamorientierte, kooperative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Verantwortung und eigenständigem Arbeiten im Produktionsteam
