We’re hiring a Mechatronic Tooling Engineer to join our Service Tooling and Process team, the group responsible for the tools and workflows that enable efficient troubleshooting and repair of our autonomous drone systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with operations teams as well as software and hardware engineers to develop practical, high-impact tooling to improve efficiency, reliability, and serviceability. If you have a strong background in electromechanical design, are obsessed with delivering your customers the best possible experience, and want to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the world, then we want to hear from you.
The starting cash range for this role is $130,000 - 170,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
