Gain real-world internship experience with a highly successful designer and manufacturer of computer-controlled fruit & vegetable sorting technology exported globally.
We are looking for passionate and driven 5 Engineering Interns studying Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines to join our Research & Development teams to assist with Product Development projects this summer. These internships will be paid and run from November to February across a 10-week period.
Working within our global R&D teams, you'll be provided an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to a variety of engineering projects focused on developing the next generation of sorting, inspection, sensing and automation technologies. These projects span everything from advanced machine vision and fruit inspection systems through to new sorting platforms, product reliability improvements, prototype development and research-based testing programmes.

This is a hands-on role that requires technical skills which could include experience with SolidWorkS / 3D CAD, rapid prototyping, product design, and designing & implementing test protocols. The core strengths we are looking for are mechanical aptitude, problem solving, an analytical mind, great communication skills and basic workshop skills.
