
Iluka Resources is a leading global producer of critical minerals, zircon and high-grade titanium dioxide feedstocks. In partnership with the Australian Government, Iluka is developing Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery at Eneabba in Western Australia's Mid-West. The refinery will produce both light and heavy separated rare earth oxides, supporting diversified global supply chains for minerals essential to defence, renewable energy, anything with an electric motor, robotics and advanced technologies.
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Technicians and Advanced Mechanical Technicians to join our team at the Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery. Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will help commission and ramp up the refinery, establishing reliable mechanical systems and maintenance practices that support safe and efficient operations.
As the plant transitions into steady-state production, you will perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance across a wide range of fixed plant equipment, supporting safe, compliant, reliable and efficient plant operation. Your work will be critical in maximising equipment reliability, plant availability and operational performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the refinery's future, with new camp accommodation and facilities provided.
