What you’ll do

The role responsibilities include:

·Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

·Monitor, inspect, and maintain critical facility equipment including chillers, pumps, motors, generators, and associated mechanical systems.

·Troubleshoot equipment issues and support the timely resolution of operational incidents.

·Conduct routine facility inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

·Manage work orders and maintenance activities through CAFM/CMMS systems.

·Support emergency response activities and after-hours operational requirements when needed.

·Coordinate maintenance activities with engineers, contractors, and service providers.

·Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with site procedures and operational standards.

What you’ll have

·Technical Diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

·Experience in mechanical, HVAC, or facility maintenance within industrial, critical infrastructure, or Data Center environments.

·Knowledge of mechanical systems including chillers, pumps, motors, bearings, generators, and HVAC equipment. Familiarity with BMS, ELV, and facility monitoring systems.

·Experience performing equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

·Basic proficiency in computer systems and maintenance management applications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

·Experience working within Data Center or mission-critical facilities.

·Knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, and mechanical cooling systems.

·Data Center or facilities-related certifications.
