This position is responsible for all aspects of corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance of all mechanical equipment in the plant. Performs all facets of equipment testing, troubleshooting, and repair. Technicians are expected to respond to callouts and work overtime when needed to support the operation of the plant. Technicians will be expected to learn the plant process and assist during startup of the facility.

High school diploma or general education degree; minimum of two years related maintenance experience; or certification program or equivalent education and experience
Knowledge of PC software application, including spreadsheet, word processing and database
Ability to read and interpret documents such as periodicals, regulations and piping and instrumentation diagrams
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence accurately
Ability to communicate orally, including the use of a radio and group presentations
Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including percentages, area, circumference and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Valid U.S. driver’s license required
