Element has an opportunity for a Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.
Salary: $26- $30/hr DOE
• Interpretation of internal and client requirements• Operating complex mechanical testing equipment• Maintaining accurate and systematic records• Application of instrumentation and the setting up of complex data capture equipment• Report writing, data interpretation and analysis
• HS Diploma required, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred• Previous experience in an appropriate Engineering environment is a distinct advantage• Experience of working within a Mechanical testing environment is advantageous• An understanding of a recognised Quality Management Systems such as ISO 17025 is beneficial• Self motivated Technician with the ability to multi task, organise and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory
