The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established M & E
consulting engineering firm to support the hire of a Mechanical Site Inspector.
This role is primarily site-based, supporting h
igh-rise and low-rise multi-residential
developments (95% of projects) across the GTA, with occasional exposure to other building types as
required.

mechanical professional who enjoys being on-site, identifying issues, and
ensuring construction aligns with design intent - without the high-pressure
environment often associated with consulting.

The expected compensation for this role is approximately
$100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
