Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Review equipment failures and ensure accurate, detailed data recording
• Partner with maintenance to analyse root causes of sporadic and chronic failures
• Define and align equipment criticality across PSM, business, food, and quality requirements
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are in place for all critical equipment
• Analyse inspection reports and develop preventive and corrective action plans
• Implement and manage a tracking system for actions from RCFA and inspections
• Prepare and present monthly reliability reports to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with operations teams and support new technology/product introductions
• Support reliability in projects, installations, and modifications while ensuring fire safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and BOMBA regulatory adherence

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Knowledge on instrumentation and controls
• Experienced in Mechanical, Electrical and Boiler engineering
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on equipment failure
