Mechanical Project Manager - Residential HVAC and Plumbing - Base Salary to 150k/year - Yarmouth, MA

• Our client is a stable, growing mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee residential HVAC and plumbing new construction and remodeling projects throughout Cape Cod and the Islands. This position is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, customer communication, and overall project profitability from project kickoff through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential HVAC and/or plumbing new construction and remodeling projects from planning through completion
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
• Monitor project costs, job costing, budgets, and overall project profitability
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders throughout each project
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support project estimating and bid preparation as needed
• Maintain project documentation and ensure successful project execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC and/or plumbing
• Project management experience overseeing residential new construction and remodeling projects
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and job profitability
• Strong understanding of job costing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with homeowners, builders, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to commute to project sites throughout Cape Cod and the Islands, with residence within approximately 20 miles of West Yarmouth, MA strongly preferred for efficient project coverage

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 120k - 150k/year range, plus an annual performance bonus. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, paid time off, a company vehicle, and additional benefits.
