🌟 Position: Mechanical Project Manager

Here at Deploy we have a fantastic opportunity for you with a mid-sized M&E contractor. They specialize in Education, Commercial, Leisure, and Residential projects, with a stellar track record of delivering projects worth up to £10 million!

🚀 Role Overview for the Mechanical Project Manager:

As a site-based Mechanical Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person! Reporting directly to a Contracts Manager, you'll ensure all project operations are in tip-top shape. Your to-do list includes:

Making sure we follow the Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) guidelines

Leading and guiding our awesome team of direct and subcontracted labor

Building and nurturing those client relationships

Coordinating seamlessly with the main contractor

Keeping the project on track with the program created by the Contracts Manager

Planning weekly and monthly get-togethers

Team up for stock control and procurement magic with the Contracts Manager

Champion on-site health and safety

📚 Qualifications and Experience Required:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager

A history of nailing projects valued between £2 million to £5 million

Past involvement in commercial, residential, or education projects

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

First Aid certification

💰 Compensation:

You can join us as a permanent staff member or embrace the freelancer life. Here's the scoop on compensation:

- Permanent staff can expect a salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000 per year, plus a car or car allowance

- Freelance Mechanical Project Managers can look forward to a daily rate between £325 and £375, depending on your qualifications and experience
