As a Mechanical Engineer or Marine Engineer, you will help strengthen technical compliance, equipment reliability and production stability at our manufacturing site in Kalundborg. Depending on your experience, you will contribute your expertise in CE marking, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, or technical maintenance projects. By combining technical analysis with a practical understanding of our facilities, you will help develop robust solutions and build critical technical capabilities within the organisation.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who can turn requirements, observations and data into practical solutions. Your exact educational background is less important than the relevant experience you bring.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Experience with maintenance projects may also make you a strong candidate, particularly if you have worked in a regulated production environment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, ISO 9000, LEAN methodologies, SAP or utility systems such as cooling, steam and ventilation would be useful, but is not essential.
Your responsibilities will be shaped by your experience and may include:
The role combines computer-based work, documentation and coordination with regular presence in the production environment. It is therefore important that you enjoy both analytical work and a practical “go-look-see” approach to understanding technical issues.
You will join Purification Plants Production Support, a multidisciplinary support function serving the production organisation in Kalundborg. The team brings together colleagues with expertise in areas such as mechanical maintenance, buildings and facilities, HVAC, CE marking, SAP and calibration.
You will work closely with production teams, technical specialists, project colleagues and external partners. Because understanding the facilities and production environment is a core part of the role, the position is primarily site-based in Kalundborg.
You can expect a broad technical role where your expertise will have a direct influence on compliance, equipment reliability and stable production. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your specialist area while learning from colleagues with different technical backgrounds. You will work in an environment where technical challenges are addressed through professional curiosity, practical investigation and close collaboration.
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
