Are you an experienced Mechanical Operator looking for a stable, hands-on role in a structured manufacturing environment?

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for multiple Mechanical Operator positions in our Letterkenny site.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation, supporting manufacturing processes through the safe operation of machinery, monitoring quality output, and meeting daily production targets. The role suits reliable, detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor process performance and quality output.
  • Carry out routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
  • Report equipment faults, production issues, and deviations.
  • Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
  • Participate in shift work and overtime as required.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures
  • Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems
  • Previous shift work experience
