We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment under the responsibility of the maintenance department,

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain lifting equipment, elevators, and machinery/equipment related to factory-wide production lines,

• Follow and implement periodic maintenance plans prepared for the machinery and equipment under responsibility,

• Keep fault tracking forms regularly and accurately,

• Participate in preventive maintenance activities,

• Accompany subcontracted work throughout the factory when necessary on behalf of the maintenance department.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Vocational and Technical High Schools or Vocational Schools in relevant departments,

• Preferably with at least 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector,

• Able to use hand tools and measuring instruments commonly used in maintenance,

• Knowledgeable about machine components and materials,

• Preferably experienced in maintenance and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems,

• Experienced in the assembly/disassembly of gearboxes, reducers, pumps, and piping systems,

• Strong coordination skills and a good team player,

• Residing in or around the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or Gebze.
