Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Thunder Bay, ON | Full-Time, Salary + Bonus
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + full company benefits (medical, dental, vision, vacation, defined benefit pension with CAAT)
Our client in the Pulp and Paper industry is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to provide supervision and direction to unionized mill maintenance personnel and external contractors. You will work to maximize production quality and equipment uptime while minimizing maintenance costs and unscheduled downtime. This is an ideal role for a leader with a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team development.
