Responsible for executing maintenance activities to ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities operate reliably and efficiently at optimal performance levels. May specialize in mechanical, mechatronic, or similar areas.
Maintenance planning and execution.
Oversee the execution of maintenance plans for machines, equipment, production lines, and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with the Engineering team to define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities.
Equipment reliability.
Support the continuous availability and optimal functioning of production equipment by executing maintenance plans and assisting with root cause analysis. Collaborate with the Engineering team to recommend improvements that enhance the reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and facilities.
Technical resolution.
Address and resolve major technical, equipment, and facilities issues quickly to minimize production disruptions and achieve higher line performance.
Documentation and reporting.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, generate reports, and analyze data to inform decision-making and identify areas of improvement.
Continuous improvement.
Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability, and operational performance.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards by following procedures, assisting with audits, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Organization.
Support in managing tools, equipment, and spare parts to support maintenance tasks effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area and help monitor spare parts inventory.
