Job Description
Position
TheMechanicalGeneralForemanreportsdirectlytotheMechanicalSuperintendent.Supervisepipefitting and structural installation as a whole in an industrial oil field setting, including but not limited to: planning, crew development, safety, material management and quality control. Oversee the work of subordinates, interacting with site foreman to ensure quality, efficiency and safety. Manage projects and work crews ensuring compliance with both federal, client and company safety regulations.

- Preparedailytimesheets,documenting&approvingworkperformed,materialsused,costs,etc.
- AssistForemanwithtrainingofnewcrewmembers
- Createanefficient,safe,andqualityworkenvironment
- Ensureforemanandcrewsarefollowingallclient,companyandOSHAsafetystandards
- Organizeandplanworkweeklyanddailytoensurecrewsareproductiveandsafe
- Otherjobdutiesasassigned
RequiredMinimumQualifications:
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
- 7yearsminimumexperienceworkingaspipefitterorstructuralcrafthandinanoilfieldindustrial setting
- 5yearsminimumexperienceinasupervisoryorleadrole
- Currentandvaliddriver’slicense,withcleandrivingrecord

- Abletoworkaminimum12-hourshiftdaily
- Knowledgeableandexperiencedinoilfieldoperations
- Attendstrainingsessions,seminarsandappropriateeducationalclassesrequiredbydepartment.
- Computerskillscommensuratewithprogramandjobapplications.
